The assignment: a cherry blossom engagement photos with all the fairytale vibes, and that’s exactly what Nancy & Jason got. As the petals of cherry blossoms danced in the spring breeze, love was in full bloom during our enchanting cherry blossom engagement session. This made for the most picturesque setting for their love to be photographed.
When I think of cherry blossom engagement photos locations in Philly I think of Fairmount Park. Now the cherry blossoms weren’t in full full bloom but we had enough to work with. The soft hues of pink and white created a dreamlike atmosphere, providing the perfect backdrop for Nancy & Jason’s love-filled moments. We then ventured to Old City for our second location. This is a lesser-known location for cherry blossoms but no less beautiful.
Old City gave us a path lined with cherry blossom trees on their side. It’s so beautiful you wouldn’t believe it’s basically just in the middle of the road. However, I have a confession: this was not our original second location. A marathon taking place along kelly drive made it impossible to drive there, but luckily ya girl knows this city so well she had a backup location in her back pocket. The soft hues of pink and white created a dreamlike atmosphere, providing the perfect backdrop for Nancy & Jason’s love-filled moments.
Nancy chose the perfect outfits to compliment the romantic ambiance. She had two of the most beautiful dresses fit for a princess. Like seriously I wanted to get them for myself. And we can’t forget Jason’s light blue suit that kept with the pastel spring theme and complemented Nancy’s dresses perfectly.
From candid laughter under the blooming branches to stolen kisses amidst the petals, I loved seeing how they translated my prompts and made them their own. This cherry blossom engagement session was not just a collection of pictures; it was a celebration of love amidst the ephemeral beauty of nature.
